Pales is active in the field of R & D with its staff having master’s and doctoral degrees. R & D projects consist of renewable energies and energy technologies within the areas Pales targets. In-house R & D projects are provided by TUBITAK, TEYDEB, KOSGEB and SAN-TEZ. Pales carries out R & D projects in its own field and provides consultancy services to other companies’ R & D projects.
